Description of the activity

I live dance as a space where we can meet again. A space that seeks the reconnection of a global body, open, expansive, expressive, complete and available for constant change. A space where we can enter and risk overcoming new limits and new dimensions. A space where we can discover immense and new possibilities.

Start with a sequence of continuous stretching and articulated movements of the spine and limbs that will allow us to connect with ourselves, our body and its center. We will focus on breathing to help us warm up, energize and tone muscles and joints, as well as to open awareness of the balanced body and its presence in space. Next, we will explore a succession of movements and some space travel exercises to challenge the body to be available and efficient in relation to others. We will learn a dynamic and energetic phrase that includes work on the floor, technical sequencing and acrobatic body vocabulary. My methodology uses improvisations, explorations and also phrases so that the body can develop and listen to its own changing voice. Always with the aim of growing the individual voice through movement and sharing it with others.
