One Sunday a month, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. No need to book, you can come without reserving. Door will be open until 6.30 p.m.

Description of the activity
Contact Improvisation Jams are a space for free dance and contact. Contact Improvisation is an improvised form of dance, born in 1972 in the United States; it involves the exploration of the body, of the person in relation to others using the fundamentals of: weight sharing, contact and movement awareness.

Jams are usually practiced without the need for a guide, although, on some occasions, there will be teachers invited to offer and guide some pre-jam.
