It is a dance class in which exploration, technique, improvisation and play are present in order to create a space of trust and dedication to movement as a means and as an end.

While studying medicine, I decide to delve into the corporal/spiritual path that I had been leading up to then and, to make this my own medicine, a journey that even years later continues to surprise me; I am a teacher and practitioner of hatha yoga, anusara and kundalini; teacher in dramatic art, professional dancer and diploma in contemporary dance, graduate in aesthetic education, Master in Dance Movement Therapy.
