Description of the activity

Sensitive Mechanics

We will start with a simple proposal, starting with breathing, which throughout the training will transform into a more powerful and faster physicality.

We will give great importance to the connection with the earth, the sky, the space and the bodies around us. We will start from the observation of our body in relation to weight, structure and space in a neutral position.

By feeling our inner body we will be able to expand to the outside world through specific dynamics that will help us open our creativity and imagination from listening to reach the spontaneity of what the original body wants in the present moment.

We will practice functional and sensitive movement dynamics, which will serve as tools to enter the body and understand the coordination of movement from a global perception, where it is necessary to take into account the immediate past in order to advance to the immediate future.
