Description of the activity

I live the training as a space to meet again. A space that seeks the reconnection of a global body, open, expansive, expressive, complete and available for constant change. A space where we can enter and risk discovering new limits and new dimensions. A space where we can understand the immense and new possibilities.

I begin with a joint sequence of continuous stretches and articulated movements of the spine and limbs that will allow us to connect with ourselves, our body and its center. We will focus on breathing to help warm, energize and tone muscles and joints, as well as to open awareness of the balanced body and its presence in space. We will then explore a sequence of movements and some space travel exercises to challenge the body to be available and efficient in relation to others.

We will learn a dynamic and energetic phrase that includes floor work, technical sequencing and acrobatic body vocabulary. My methodology uses improvisations, explorations and also phrasing so that the body can develop and hear its own changing voice. Always with the aim of growing the individual voice through movement and sharing it with others.
