KUNE is a training method developed from tools of contemporary dance, martial arts and theater. The goal is to discover, research, and develop our instinct, awareness, and physical abilities through pairwork, observation, and dialogue to enable us to improve our body self-knowledge. The workshop is aimed at anyone interested in the movement.

Junyi Sun

The Barcelona-based contemporary dance company Kernel Dance Theater, by Junyi Sun, Alma Steiner and Marina Miguel, develops its own language of movement based on contemporary dance, martial arts and theater. The starting point of the company’s pieces is to make the viewer reflect on new points of view on current events and contemporaneity.
