The proposal of this space is to raise awareness and presence through an active and available body through different physical mechanics.

I explore that body and thought that works towards an availability both physical and sensitive looking for a present body. Understanding these values, the activity will be open to all those who simply want to discover how a "physical" and active body can be fluid and free of tension.

The training begins with a warm-up based on stretching and different improvisation patterns that will put us in contact with the earth and the other bodies. Next, through choreographic sequences, we will explore floorwork and the spiral, adding different acrobatic mechanics starting from a fluid and analytical body.

Nora Baylach

Dancer, creator, contemporary dance teacher and performing arts photographer, trained outside the institutional academic margins. She studies in Área, espai de dansa i creació and, lately, she follows the words and guidelines of Olga Álvarez and Roser López Espinosa. She begins her professional career as a performer as part of the National Dance Production of Catalonia, choreographed by Thomas Noone and Roser López Espinosa. Since then, she has established a close relationship with Roser López Espinosa, taking part in the shows “Noviembre”, “Trama” and “Cometa”. At the same time, she has worked in different companies and independent artists such as La Taimada, Ana Borrosa, Laia Santanach, Animal Religion, among other projects and creators. As a pedagogue, she has given classes in spaces such as Area, espai de dansa i creació, nunArt Guinardó, Institut del Teatre, etc.
