Description of the activity

Classes based on improvisation and physical conditioning of the dancer. The goal is to prepare the body and activate the imagination to face any rehearsal. With a very wide and creative range of information and directions of movement, Rober will guide the class using resources from classic, contemporary, gaga and yoga, techniques that he has practiced for a long time and that he continues to feel very attracted and interested in in relation to the movement. The work is very physical, but each person chooses the intensity with which he wants to face her proposals. He scans himself and observes the anatomy of the body in motion.

The approach, apart from working on technique and warm-up, will be as follows:

What is the gateway to the body? Every day we have a different body, accept the body of the dancer, which is constantly changing and tired. How to work from any circumstance, situation or injury. The idea is that everything contributes to the interpreter. A free body or an injured or morally less predisposed body can serve as an excuse to skillfully work whatever is asked of it if you have the right tools and knowledge. A body that thinks and a head that intuits.

The use of all the technical knowledge of movement and body awareness of each person will be encouraged as an excuse to warm up, open, prepare and train one's own body. Prepare the dancer/performer in body/space/mind to face any type of rehearsal and choreographic material.
