In training, we work on body awareness, from breathing and with basic exercises to align and strengthen the center, limbs and joints, thus building a strong and available structure from the ground up. Also using self-exploration as a tool to free the body from tension.

One of the main goals of training is to dominate gravity in our favor to achieve a more fluid and wide movement using the body in the most efficient way possible, taking advantage of the weight and the momentum of gravity. We will achieve this through several dynamics, among them we will explore the basics of Crawling and Animal locomotion, which will help us have a more conscious mastery over the ground, space and control of our own mass. We will put all of this into practice with movement sequences while training musicality and harmony of movement.

Sergi Rodríguez Latorre

He began his contact with contemporary dance at the Theater Classroom in Mataró in 2011. Later, he trained as a dancer mainly within the Training Program in Contemporary Dance and Creation at Area, Espai de Dansa i Creation, training started in 2015. Acquiring knowledge of various techniques such as Release with Mauro Barahona, Technical Base and Limon with Anne Morin among many others. At the same time and during these years of training, he approached other artistic and various technical disciplines throughout his travels in the United States and Mexico, such as contact Improvisation, Ecstatic Dance, exotic and acrobatic Pole Dance and fixed trapeze.
