Description of the activity

Feldenkrais is a form of self-awareness through movement. We will do some sequence with which to experience the movement from another place. A place of connection, spontaneity and effortlessness. Of serenity and presence and other textures of movement. You can experience all of this on the floor for 50 minutes, and then you can take it with you to your walk, your position, your dance, and anything you want to do.
