A class where exploration, movement technique, improvisation and play are present in order to create a space of trust and freedom of the body in movement among the attendees, as a means and as an end.

Marha Echavarria

Being very young, life took me along the path of body movement, dance, yoga and I'm still there. Years later while I was studying Medicine, something happened and I decided to make dance, yoga, my own way of healing and research, and so I decided to dedicate myself to this wonderful body activity that continues to amaze me. 

I have a degree in Art Education, a Master in Dance Movement Therapy, a teacher in Dramatic Art, a professional dancer, an actress, a graduate in contemporary dance, a certified teacher of Anusara yoga, Kundalini, Iyengar; certified in pilates mat and machines.
