Movement and research, crossed by contemporary technique as a starting point, are the tools that together bring us closer to a body that is available, present and constantly expanding its sensitivity. Together we will create a space of exploration where the body in movement becomes an object of study, as well as a sensory and pleasurable experience.

Sofi Gauna

Dancer, performer, choreographer and teacher born in the city of Córdoba, Argentina.

Trained at the Provincial University of Córdoba, she traveled repeatedly to Buenos Aires, New York and Los Angeles to improve her skills. In 2015 he received a scholarship to study at Point Park University, Pittsburgh.

She began her career as a performer in the "Muu'k" contemporary dance company and in 2015 she joined the "Cortejo Escena" company as a dancer.

In 2019 he moved to Barcelona, where he began to investigate his personal practice and creative projects. He presents the piece "Growth" within the framework of the "Dansa Metropolitana" Festival and performs choreography and/or movement direction for audiovisual projects in collaboration with other artists.

She currently teaches Contemporary Dance and Ballet classes, and shares her practice on

movement and anatomy "DISASSEMBLING THE BODY" in regular classes.
