We will explore through dance and movement how to inhabit a conscious and permeable body. There will be time for improvisation, for research, for listening, and for letting ourselves fall into the thinking of the body.

There will also be physical training space to address technical phrases, with the desire to integrate everything experienced and flow in the infinite possibilities of the body, but above all, to have fun with others and be able to recognize ourselves in all the possibilities . We move by expanding paths and forms. We move from the flow-feel-think of the body.

To dance is to converse with the affective-corporal words of the first imprints, which is why, among other things, dance is so moving and subversive. To dance is to ask and listen to others, through movement, from the history that we build and that builds us in the affective-intellectual-ethical depth of our bodies".

Triny Reinoso

Ballarina, creadora-intèrpret, Llic. en Comunicació Social, Terapeuta Shiatsu i fotògrafa.

Vaig iniciar-me en el moviment des de molt petita a Gimnàstica Artística. Més endavant, atreta per la creació i la comunicació a través del cos i el moviment, em vaig formar en dansa contemporània i d'arrels folklòriques a Argentina. Estic en investigació constant, trenant els universos de la dansa, el cos, el moviment, la creació i les arts escèniques; explorant els aspectes físics i emocionals que tenen lloc en aquestes relacions. Actualment sóc professora de Dansa Contemporània a nunArt.

Durant el 2021-2022 vaig cursar un postgrau en Art teràpia “Cos i Art” a ALAS, Barcelona. Co-coordino juntament amb Gisela Creus “PROJECTem”, projecte de Creació Col·lectiva Acompanyada, a nunArt. Estic en constant formació amb diferents mestres de Dansa Contemporània, Ioga i Body Mind Centering. Participo en diverses trobades d'improvisació i de composició espontània.
