Description of the activity

Training cycle focused on Fighting Monkey practice with Miguel Viero.

We enter the unique universe of the Fighting Monkey practice with proposals for exploration and research around dance, play and oriental internal arts. With the aim of studying and applying the basic principles and concepts of human movement in different contexts and situations, we will develop training strategies and creative processes to enhance our expressive and communicative capacity in dynamic and complex environments.

During this cycle we will introduce and deepen the practices and tools that bring Fighting Monkey to life:

1. Integrative Joint Mobility: A practice that provides tools to cultivate an intelligent body capable of managing and navigating the natural instability of the human frame.

2. Movement Situations: Open games that stimulate our creativity, rhythm, coordination and adaptability to dynamic and unpredictable situations. Making the essence of our movement flourish.

3. Coordination: Biomechanical refinement practice that improves our coordination and rhythm, and the ability to learn to organize our structure in movement.

4. Improvisation: Tools and proposals to provoke our decision-making in complex and unpredictable situations and stimulate the process of instantaneous composition. Discover an innovative way to develop physical and mental skills through movement. That promotes a focus on exploration and independence, allowing practitioners to constantly discover and challenge their limits. That allows us to play with the plasticity of our imagination through physical and creative challenges, using it as a source of instantaneous composition.

*About Fighting Monkey: FM practice is developed by founders Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapetanea through an in-depth study of cross-motion analysis, and with the goal of understanding the principles of human movement, communication, and movement. aging process.
