Training always starts from the game. Each day of the week the focus of the training is directed to a specific issue: acrobatics and floor work, dissociation, "available body" or theatricality in movement. But the skeleton of the session is the same: game, warm-up, physical maintenance, specific work of the day, and finally, choreography. The sessions seek to offer a space where all needs are balanced: listening to the body, physicality, improvisation, research and choreographic memory. It is generated from a safe space to share, connect and research. The intention is to give you small, varied doses to immerse you in the atmosphere of the Carla Sisteré company in its entirety.

Carla Sisteré

Carla Sisteré is a multidisciplinary artist based in Barcelona. He is trained in contemporary dance at Varium, CobosMika SEEDS and Free Bodies. Professionally, she has been a contemporary dancer at: Otra Danza (Alacant), Cia Mireia Piñol (Stockholm), Cia Requardt & Rosenberg (London), Cia Vero Cendoya (Barcelona), Cia Roseland (Barcelona), with Gisela Creus (Barcelona ), the SADCUM (Barcelona), Cia Ana Borrosa (Barcelona) and Nicolas Ricchini Company (Barcelona). In 2020 he starts his CIA project, creating: "The Sad-Mad Method" (2021), "Let's Talk about Love" (2021), "As Yet Untitled; Inspired by Poet As Housewife " (2020). As a guest choreographer she has created: "The Odd Hotel" (2022) for the young company "Hanami Dansa" and "Popcorns, Please" (2022) for the Contemporary Dance Association of Sabadell. On a pedagogical level, it provides training for professionals in spaces such as: Nunart Barcelona, Freezone, or La Caldera (APDC). However, he carries out his workshop "From the game to the exhibition" at festivals all over the world and conducts body workshops for artistic high schools such as INS Pablo Picasso (Barcelona) or Narcisa Freixes (Sabadell).
