Description of the activity

The proposal of this space is to raise awareness and presence through an active body and available through different physical mechanics.

I explore that body and thought that works in the face of both physical and sensitive availability in search of a present body. Understanding these values, the activity will be open to all those who simply want to discover how a "physical" and active body can be fluid and stress-free.

Training begins with a warm-up based on stretching and different improvisation patterns that will put us in touch with the floor and other bodies. Next, through choreographic sequences, we will explore the earthwork and the spiral, adding different acrobatic mechanics starting from a fluid and analytical body.
