advanced/professional
The proposal of this training explores to find a flexible, analytical and active body and thinking. The practice will flow between ground work, guided improvisations and pairs or groups, using and benefiting from different movement techniques: release, flying low, contact and improvisation; approaching a strong, agile and light body, which can recycle energy, play with qualities and create.
We will use the richness of the articulated body, of the center in connection with the extremities and the earth, and of the gaze as a motor that connects with space and with the interior to expand our field of action and three-dimensional movement.
We will talk about weight, anchors, supports, spirals, off-axis and trajectories, through combined movements and choreographed sequences. The training proposes a more conscious and precise knowledge of our bone and muscle structure, as well as fluidity and freedom of action.
