Description of the activity

Summer intensives always represent a special encounter, an opportunity to share and deepen in a regular group environment. In this intensive, my proposal is to wake up the bodies. When I reflect on the nature of the body, I recognize myself in its plurality. I find it difficult to encapsulate all its complexity in a single word: "body". In this shared experience, I will offer an expanded view of this interconnected set of bodies that vibrate in constant motion. Through the sessions, I will present several areas of focus that will merge, encouraging the awakening of the physical body, the curious body, the creative and expressive body. We will delve deeper into their interrelationships to acquire a deeper awareness of them and to empower them in their fullness.

Movement sessions are a space to recognize ourselves. A place where we aspire to re-establish connection with a global body, open, expansive, expressive and receptive to constant change. We will venture to explore new limits and discover new dimensions. Through this experience, we will be able to understand the infinite possibilities and their interactions with the environment. The methodology used by this intensive combines improvisation, exploration and directed instruction, allowing the physical, mental, energetic and vital body to develop and express itself freely. The constant goal is to encourage personal growth through movement and to share this process with other participants.
