We will do physical work based on improvisation, each participant will choose the intensity and level with which they want to face the proposals. We will analyze and observe the anatomy of the body in motion to observe the body's mobility and joint capacity. We will work with movement creation engines, guidelines for generating and driving the body. A body that thinks and a head that senses. The use of all the technical knowledge of each participant and the body awareness of each person will be encouraged as an excuse to warm up, open, prepare and train the body.

There will be no choreography exercises, everything will be done with the body map and the experience in the room, and the influence of the other participants.

The idea is to observe the body, space and mind. Awaken the senses and find more pleasure and creativity when moving.

After the class, if time is not pressing, we will create materials together or learn materials from the performer's repertoire.

Rober Gómez

Graduated from the Institute of Theater and Dance in 2005. He has worked with companies such as It Danza, Bonachela Dance Company, Galili Dance, Gelabert-Azzopardi, Staatstheater Oldenburg, Staatstheater Mainz, Cooperativa Maura Morales, Club Guy & Roni, La Veronal, Sol Picó and also with Eulàlia Bergadà and Ariadna Montfort (2015/2016 Theater Institute Dance Awards), among others. 

Nominated twice as best male dance performer at the 2019/2022 Butaca de Barcelona Awards. As a repeater he has worked in the revival of pieces by Guy Weizman for the Ballet Konzert Bern company, and at the Higher School of Arts (AHK) in Amsterdam. In 2014 he qualified as an Ashtanga Yoga and Rocket Yoga instructor. Since then he combines dance and yoga.

He is a member and founder of Hotel Colectivo Escenico, his own artistic project. They are currently on tour with his piece HERE by Lorena Nogal.

On the other hand, together with the dancer Virginia Gimeno, both have created and performed several pieces for a few years. WhiCh, duet created by Virginia; Ki, 1st prize at the Bionic Festival 2022 in Madrid and Punteggio per due Corpi currently on tour at Red Escena 2024. We will also be able to see them with Kalidoscoph which is in the process of creation.

Currently, Rober combines dance with acting, directing assistance and works in fiction with directors Pablo Maestres and Greta Grinüitè, among others.
