Description of the activity

This cycle of classes tries to explore practical tools for the development of body research, focusing on flexibility of posture and body awareness.

Classes cover a variety of topics for the study of movement. The methodology focuses on developing body perception and providing the necessary elements for the exploration of conscious movement, all supported by our own lived experiences. Through stillness practices, integrative mobility, games that encourage creativity and improvisation, and coordination, participants will discover new ways to connect with their body and expand their capacities for body expression and communication.

The material shared is inspired by the Fighting Monkey Practice. The FM practice has been developed by founders Jozef Frucek and Linda Kapetanea through an in-depth study of cross-motion analysis, with the goal of understanding the principles of human movement, communication and the aging process.
